Hi, I'm Linda, the founder and baker behind Corgijiu. By day, I work as a product analyst, but baking has always been my creative outlet and favorite way to share joy with others. After launching my first LLC in Texas in 2018, I had the opportunity to collaborate with Facebook and Indeed headquarters and teach classes at Central Market. These experiences continue to inspire the care and creativity behind Corgijiu.
 

Now based in Colorado, Corgijiu is named after my beloved rescue dog, whose playful spirit reminds me to appreciate life's simple joys.
